cant download 3.0.657.0

like it says enter my user and password it doesnt accept them have used copy paste manually typed nothing. this was an upgrade neither user names work.
any ideas?

i upgraded my license from nod 32 to smart 29/4 my license runs until august, if i click on the link i posted (smart 32 bit) password manager clears and it starts to download (650 version) neither the new version links let me in they just keep throwing the password window at me?

 

i bought it from the site i linked, never mind i'll try them when they upgrade to it.

 

because this is annoying me loads! have tried opera, ie7 and firefox diabled spyware blaster, tried everything eset uk is the only site that accepts my password, really cant figure this also ie7 pro wont admit the download from anywhere it rejects the url for some reason. will wait for eset uk to update before i stick my foot through the pc..

 

got it. it seems the uk site had 657 but it was showing 650. still puzzled why password only works on uk site?
