Can't convert tib from ATI Home 12 to VmWare

    Why a can`t convert image of Acronis True Image Home 12 with VMware vCenter Converter Standalone o_O
    Or can not convert ATI Home 12 tib to ATI Echo Server 9

    Hello Snipfold,

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image

    Starting from version 3.0.2, VMware Converter supports Acronis True Image 9.x backup archives, and they planned to implement the support of Acronis True Image Echo backup archives.

    VMware Converter has not been officially tested by Acronis QA Department and is not supported by Acronis. That's why I assume you should forward this request to the respective VMware department.

    We do not have a tool that can convert the archives that are not within the same version to make them compatible. I will create a request to the appropriate department.
