Can't close connection, Trojan?

Windows 7
Online Armor free, Firewall enabled, HIPS enabled, Program guard enabled
Avira antivirus free
Malwarebytes fee
Cisco/linksys router with DD-WRT firmware

Online armor shows a few connections which i'm unable to close. I want to know which service/program starts this connection and why.
I've blacklisted a few ip's but it keeps connecting through different ip's everytime and the portnumber also changes.
I scanned my PC with avira antivirus, malwarebytes and NOD32, no security threads found.

Windows service. I would leave svchost to do its thing. I have three connections by it at the moment, sometimes less, sometimes more. No drama.
