I purchased another copy of nod32 because it was cheaper to do that than it was to renew. I registered it and got the e-mail with my info and it seems to work fine but the program doesn't display my expiration date and when I try to verify my license it says "License could not be verified. Please allow access to the expiration database server exp01.eset.com." There is no firewall or router blocking NOD32

    Hello Sikboy1029,

It appears the verify server is unreachable at this time. Give it some hours and try again.

Thanks for the heads up, is there any way to remove my old license? what I mean is I requested my username/password I get 2 e-mails. One with my old license info and one with the new info. The one with the new info has the subject "ESET NOD32 Antivirus License for ONLINE1448814 SerialReg" instead of "ESET NOD32 Antivirus License for Daniel C" What's up with that?

You should be able to verify your license at this point providing it has been added which usually takes some hours.
