Cannot Update Spywareguard or Spywareblaster

    I have a client with 2 XP Home systems in a LAN using a Linksys Router and Cable Internet. I have reset the modem and router. Both systems access the net and email fine. Both have current Norton AV, Adaware, Spybot, Spywareblaster 3.2 and Spywareguard 2.2 One system can update any and all software fine. The other system cannot update Spywareguard and Spywareblaster. All other internet functions and updating are fine including Adaware, Spybot, Norton, Windows, etc. I have removed and reinstalled Spywareguard and Spywareblaster to no avail. Ther must be some restriction to the javacools software update site. I have run Winfix to rebuild the TCP stack also.
    Any Ideas?
