    Hello all,
I use excel heavily for business purposes. I use Win7 home edition(64bit) with office 2007 (and now 2010)
The problem appears randomly (not always) whenever i try to save a file. I get:
Your changes could not be saved to ******.xls because of a sharing violation. Try saving to a different file

When i disable "Antivirus and antispyware protection" from the icon i am ok.

I have also tried to disable ESET's firewalland use Windows instead, still the same problem.
I use the latest version. I hope ill find a solution soon, otherwise i will have to change AV program.

    Thank you
