cannot install version 4 update

    I have downloaded the update from version 3 to version 4 twice, in case there was an issue with the downloading, and get the same error both time upon trying to install the new version.

    The error is:

    A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\eav_nt32_enu.msi

    every time it then rolls back to version 3 and says that the installation ended prematurely

    I turned off my anti-spyware (Spyware Doctor), firewall (online armor), WinPatrol, and many other programs and still cannot get the installation to work.

    Please help me!

    PM sent. The problem is that the msi installer needed for uninstallation that was backed up to the C:\WINDOWS\Installer folder during installation has been removed from there in the mean time.
