Cannot find Hard Drives

    My Acronis True Image, which I have used several times, reportd that it cannot find any hard drives. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. But it will not reinstall because the reinstall also reports that it cannot find hard drives. The HD's are there, and operating fine. What do I do to get this to work?

    Same problem....quite disappointed by this software.

    Uninstall the software and then delete the entries in the register (regedit), manually of course.

    If you don't know how to do that, don't do it... you could damage your system.
