Hello, I am a new user of ESET products. I recently used the trial of ESET Smart Security, and decided to buy a 2-computer license for NOD32 after the trial expired. Now I cannot get the program to recognize the new license on the first computer (have not tried the 2nd yet). No matter what I do it still says "Your license has expired." I have tried activating - it says it's already activated (I bought the license online). I have tried entering the username and password that I got in an email from ESET - nothing changes. Did I somehow buy a bogus copy of the software? What is going on? This is quite frustrating. A quick response from an ESET employee would be most appreciated.
