Cannot do a warm boot

    When I do a cold reboot (turn computer off and then on), Acronis OS Selector loads OK. However, when I attempt a warm reboot (without turning the computer off) Acronis OS Selector does not load, so I have to turn the computer off and on again in order to boot. How can I remedy this?

    This problem is really strange. Could you please try to reactivate Acronis OS Selector? Please run Acronis OS Selector under Windows and select the option to Activate Acronis OS Selector.

    Please also describe what you see when perform a soft reboot of your computer. Do you see POST messages?
