This is message I get every 9 out of 10 times !!!
Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software.
Could you please calrify what you want to do and what your steps are. Please let us know what build of Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 8.0 you use and what wizard you choose.
It happens with all the modules.
I've just done it with the System Clean-up module and the results are:
Recycle bin: 5 items erased out of 15 (name of the file not being erased does not appear in the warning message)
Cookies: none are erased
IE: not erased
Temporary files: 4 out of 8.
version is: 8 (74
version 8 build 748
Please try to boot into Windows Safe mode (press F8 when Windows starts up and choose Safe mode to boot into) and then perform the task. If the problem persists please send a letter with the link to this thread to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject of the letter that you want to contact Ilya Toytman. I will get in touch with our Development Team and try to provide you with the solution.
