Cannot create the image error help!!!!

    I just downloaded and installed and ran True Image. When trying my first image I receive a few "Cannot create the image of the logical driveC" because it is currently in use by running applications or the logical drive contains bad sectors." What does this mean. Check disk shows no errors?
