I have a Dell XPS with 2 - 250GB hard drives in RAID1. So I imaged 2 new 1TB drives using Acronis Workstation 9.1. There are 4 Dell partitions on the drive which is the way it came from Dell. The system will boot into Windows XP with no issues. There is 698.7 GB of unallocated space on the drive. When I try to make a new partiton I get an error "Acronis Disk Director Suite failed to make the partition". Also I cannot create the partition using Disk Manager in Windows, create partition is grayed out. Any ideas?
