Cannot Assign Drive Letters

    Server 2003 SP1 TI ver 8.0 latest build.

    Everything works fine except when I try to explore an image. My backups are in the secure zone and they verify ok. I can select the backup I want to explore but I keep getting a message that TI cannot assign a drive letter. Could this be policy related in Sever 2003 that is preventing the assignment?

    I believe that Acronis Support has identified this problem as an issue with TI and Windows Server 2003 SP1 (I guess it works without SP1). Last I heard, they were working to resolve this in a new build yet to be released.
