cannot assign a drive letter - v8.0 build 889

    Ok...I give up....

    I purchased version 8 of True Image standalone and have yet to get the explore image funtion to work.

    I am running v8.0 build 889 on a Windows 98 workstation and I am trying to explore a backup set made using True Image 6 on an XP worstation.

    When I try and explore the image set I get the message "Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the image archive".

    Any thoughts on why this isn't working?

    Please make sure that all the volumes of the image archive reside within the same folder. Please verify the image archive by means of the Check Image tool and let us know the result. Could you please create a screenshot of the latest screen of the Explore Image wizard which contains the operation scenario and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread?
