Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the backup archive

    I've attempted to mount an image using TI 9.0 home addition and get the error "Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the backup archive".
    I have the image on a usb external drive, and have 250 gig's free on the drive. My local drive has 7 gigs free. The image is less than 3 gigs in size.


    What could be causing this problem?
