Cannot activate my Prevx and I bought full 2 year plan for 2 PCs

    If there are any Prevx reps in here, I could really use your help please. Big problem here.

    Please help me. I have tried ALL online help and I'm so flustered, exhausted and tired that I feel like canceling and getting a full refund.

    On 12-3-10, I purchased:

    1 Prevx3 2 years Malware Clean, Protection and SafeOnline for 2 PCs

    I immediately received Prevx confirmation and hit the link to activate. Worked great for both my husband and I. We have 2 totally separate desktops, with different domain names but both are from our ISP - Verizon Fios We are behind a router and he uses Norton 2011 Suite and I used ESET SS Suite. I have the old domain name which is @bellatlantic.net and hubby has the new one which is @verizon.net. I mention this domain info. because every time I go into "Manage My PCs" and delete my OLD computer that I had on 12-3-10 and try to activate Prevx on the PC I purchased yesterday and all day today, it keeps giving me a prompt saying:

    "The free version of Prevx SafeOnline allows only one user domain to be configured for additional protection. Would you like to obtain a SafeOnline license now?"

    Not only can I not do an ADVANCED scan, register my product or configure it but I am going past 24 hours without Prevx protection because of this very irritating bug in Prevx software.

    This is nuts. Everything was working great for both of us until yesterday morning when I chucked the old PC and downloaded and installed Prevx from the link site from Prevx emails sent to me immediately after purchase with instructions, license and all other pertinent info.

    I don't want this "free version, I want what I paid big bucks for now. I don't see what the problem is, especially after I deleted the old PC.

    If the Prevx site would provide a toll-free telephone number for customer support I could have this all resolved by now. Solving a crisis like this for an expensive product through email is not satisfactory to most paying customers.

    Thank you very much in advance one and all. Please advise if you can. I badly need a resolution ASAP.

    Can you uninstall the version you have and reboot and install a clean copy from here http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp and after the learning scan install your license code to see if that works and post back also make sure you give Prevx full access through ESS to the internet!

    Just got an email from Prevx. Thank the lord. Cross your fingers.

    Hope Santa gives you everything and more you asked for TH. :)
