Cannot access SATA drive to restore E000101F4

Acronis True Image 8 build 771
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-K8NF9 nforce4-4x chipset Socket 939
SATA nvidia nforce4-4x controller
Seagate 200gb SATA Harddrive
Windows XP Home Service pack 2

I have one 200gb drive on sata NOT set up with raid

This program works well within Windows but when I try to access restore features from F11 and follow the prompts it cannot see my Harddrive at all
I just got this Arconis program today after going through unsucessfull other backup utilities Now having spent my $98 NZ Dollar I want to seee this program working for me completly . By the looks of the forum this error is a regular feature so I can appreciate that the programers are busy with updates
Does any one else have this system problem
I am currently downloading the update for True Image and hope it resolves things
Any help appreciated

 

Problem solved Thanks to update

Updated to latest build and rebooted then tried F11 and great I now can read my drive
