Oh, how those Cajuns can cook. Ever had a tur-duc-hen?

The ultimate Cajun feast! That's a de-boned chicken, stuffed inside a de-boned duck, stuffed inside a de-boned turkey, thats Turducken, or as we call it, Tur-Duc-Hen. All three birds are stuffed with Seafood or Cornbread dressings.

Wow, turducken! :) That sounds nice, but it makes me worry a little... if there were a super large Cajun feast, maybe there would be a sort of turducken "arms-race" of sorts where they might be looking for something else to debone and stuff the turducken into. :D

Oh Dog! What a great idea!! I am so stuffed! Urp! Excuse Me!! I didn't make it here on the 4th, and there are STILL soo many good things to eat! Music, fireworks, good company, rockin' attitudes and the setting....!
Now, if we could just get some really hot gear, designed by the winner of the Wilder's/Javacool contest for the best gear....?? Anyway, it works out this was the biggest Independence Day Blowout I have ever seen! You all out did yourselves!! Congratulations all!!

Since I didn't get here in time, eh, is there any leftovers?

    Marja :D
