I have a 4TB USB external drive and I use this for backups on my different computers, I created different partitions for the backups, some of my partitions are too small, my question is can I remove a partition without reformating the entire hard drive?
I can delete the partition but I can’t remove it.

When you delete a partition, the space it previously occupied appears as "unallocated space". You can append it to other adjacent partitions. This requires additional operations.

Yes if you use the PM 12 tool you can delete a partition then reallocate the space amongest the remainders. Do it is steps. Delete first. Reboot then change the sizes. It can be tricky so use the wizards.
