Can V4.0.314.0 settings be imported into V4.0.417.0?

I assume the answer is yes, but wanted to make sure.

I'm still having odd scheduler problems on one of my two installations of NOD32 (oddly unpredictable application of a simple "missed scan" rule), and tech support said I should re-try after uninstalling V4.0.314.0, deleting the ESET program folder, and then reinstalling using V4.0.417.0.

Not sure why that will help if the only fix per the sticky is an archive size-reporting issue. Nonetheless, I'll try what they suggest, but first I want to make sure I'll be able to re-import all my settings.

    Thanks.

    Yes you can.

I've used the same settings XML for 3.0.684, 4.0.314 and 4.0.417.

    Thanks. Did it.

Now we'll see if the new-version re-install makes the scheduler work as expected on my second pc. I wonder if the fact that I copied all NOD32 settings over from the first pc, and then just changed the scan-targets, could somehow be causing the odd scheduler behavior?
