You seem like a really smart guy- but sorry. No dice. This may be too difficult to figure out. We'll see what others guess first before i give the answer.

Great you guys got it! If i didn't give a clue i don't think anyone would have got it. o=1, t=2, t=3, f=4 ect.... simple once you figure it out. Good job.

To explain a bit better- each of the letters represent the first letter when writing the numbers one thru ten.

I'd posed the same question at another group where I'm active -- and drew a total blank from those replying, same as you almost did here.

Wanna make it really tough? Try the same thing, but with the numbers in a different language. Even a relatively common one like French, Spanish, or German will probably be hopeless without a flash of inspiration -- or copious hints. ;)

Another language? Now that's downright devilish. I don't know if i could torment people like that. hahahaha

Ok, slammer, you got me, I surrender. :p I'm no linguist by any means, but whatever language it is must be at least distantly related to German, does that count for half-credit? ;)

Wow that looks difficult. But if you make it too difficult we'll never get it. You should at least give a good hint for that one.

Mike, I'll reward you with half a credit....(and here's the hint!) but it's not something WE like to get reminded of... ;-)
