    This:

We have 100 test clients. Each client may need a different windows OS (XP, 2k3, 98, etc) at any time in ANY language from the network as fast as possible (time = money). Now, the REAL question is this...

When a windows update comes out we have to update MANUALLY each image in our current enviroment (language, OS version, etc) by deploying the image, doing a manual windows update, letting it finish and reboot, and then re-create the image for that flavor/language so we have an updated image with the latest win updates. Is there an "automated" method for this? --- Can you have a machine static that auto-win updates, then True Image could UPDATE the existing image on the network? Or would it have to create a new image, and completely replace the other large image file? SOlutions, thoughts, suggestions?

    Hello MujZeptu,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

The only way to do an automated update of your already existing image archive is to schedule a task for the corresponding incremental images creation. I'm not sure if that will feat your needs. However, it is the only way to update your image with the changes made on your hard drive since the last full or incremental image was created.

You can find more information on how to schedule a task for the incremental image creation in section 9.1 of Acronis True Image 8.0 User's Guide.

    Thank you.
