I am looking to unistall MSE and i looked online at MS's forum and they make it seem like its a real pain to remove. Anyone know if thats the case or is there a simple way. He descibed uninstalling then reinstalling and again uninstalling to get it all out!!! seems like a bit much to me.

I've installed it and removed it from several machines without any problems. There is probably only an issue if the uninstall fails to work correctly, which is probably unlikely.

T_Durden, you can use Add/Remove Programs in your Win 7. Re: Unistall MSE?

You could always use Revo Uninstaller. I use that on programs that like to leave stuff behind.

Thanks JRV i figured it couldnt be that much work but ya never know.

Jack I doubrt it as well but that info was all i could find so i didnt want to test just using the control panel

Alan I use that until it gets to the registry because i feel in no way comfortable messing with it even with a good program. I actually forgot i had it because i dont download or uninstall much so thanks for reminding me Ha!.

Glad you got it sorted :) I've once used Revo to uninstall itself by accident :argh:
