Can the product not ignore items??

    Am I missing something or will this product always find the same malware on scans even after being told on a previous scan to do nothing with a particular "problem"?

    Yes....whether it is malware or like your previous thread concerning Ghost surf....there is no option to ignore.

    Will not allow skipping a non threat file

    As an interim solution, we updated the settings and the engine with the last update. You can now choose to ignore all files that are detected as "Not-A-Virus" during a scan. Unfortunately, the guard can still not exclude these detections. Nevertheless we hope this helps a bit, sorry for any inconvenience!
