Can skype "sharescreen" functionallity be removed/blocked?

I don't want a program to be able to share my screen but skype seems to share it whenever I click "share-screen".

This is very creepy indeed, is there a way to remove this future from the program? Or maybe I can block some port in my firewall or something?

I don't want to remove skype since I use it to talk to people.

I only want to remove its built in ability to share my screen if that is possible?

 

what is making you click on share screen. It is an integral feature that I doubt can be removed or blocked
