I received a message that my suscription to NOD32 will expire and I click on the link to eset and go to renewals where it asks for my username and email address. When I enter these it comes back and says it does not recognise them even though the username is the one from their email when I purchased NOD32 2 years ago and my email address has not changed. I have sent two messages to support over the last two weeks and have received only a canned reply with no help. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any live people at eset support? This is no way to run a business Can anyone help me?
