Go to Control Panel (View : Large icons) -> System -> System Protection -> "Advanced" tab. Then the "Startup & Recovery" section Select the "Settings" button Uncheck "Automatically restart" and then click Apply Try to reproduce the BSOD error and write down all the errors codes and numbers you see. Then, post them. After that, go to Control Panel -> Folder options -> "View" tab Make sure that "Show hidden files..." radio button is selected. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump\ folder and upload the most recent dump file to a file sharing service, and provide a link to them.
How do I make my computer let me up load the dump file it tells me that i do not have permission to do that. And what would you recommend me to upload the file to? Thanks
Oh ya at the blue death area all I got was stop: ox0000001e (ox 0000000000000000,ox 0000000000000000, ox 0000000000000000,, ox 0000000000000000)
Please compress the memory dump (created in c:\windows\memory.dmp by default), upload it to a safe location (if you don't have any at disposal, pm me for access to ESET's ftp server) and pm me the download link.
