Can not download paid version

    I paid for a subscription and was sent the confirming email with download info, but download page will not take password. Now what o_O

    Hello,

    As this is the ESET NOD32 Antivirus Forum I assume that's the version you're trying to download and not Smart Security.

    Is that correct?

    I entered Username & Password correctly..a number of times. Gave up, went to bed, awoke this morning tried again and it took. Makes no sense, but such is life. Thank you BFG and siljaline.
    BTW..In the past I used Nod32 for a number of years, left and have decided to return.

    It could be due to ESET being closed, the San Diego offices, for the long weekend, if no joy submit a ticket, or contact ESET directly.
    Good luck, I'm sure things will get cleared up for you over the next days at the latest.

    UGH ! I got in a hurry when i went to update to latest version and downloaded the 32-bit v. instead of the 64. Went back and could not get the 64-bit. My Password/Username is no longer being excepted. I suppose the server thinks one download is enough for a single lesson.....correct ?

    You should be able to download again. Make sure your password is correct.

    I tried a few times but was unsuccessful. Turned off computer for awhile, came back to it and was able to get the update.
