Can not create image with safe boot cd

I am going to ask my question again because its hard to believe that no one else has noticed it or cares. I did find at least two other posts on this forum containing notice on this issue. Here are the links to those posts.

I am using TrueImage v8 build 774 on a standalone Dell desktop running win98se. My desktop has two physical internal ide drives. I use the secong one for storing images made by Drive Image. Now I'm moving up to TrueImage.

Problem is that the safe version of the boot CD will not let you create an image because the NEXT button never becomes available. I prefer to make my images manually while totally out of the operating system as I did with DI.

Has anyone else been confronted with this issue.

Has anyone else found a fix.

Any news would be appreciated. In the meantime, I did contact Acronis support with this issue but, good as they are, I feel it may be awhile before I hear from them.

Please try to use the full version of Acronis bootable rescue media.
