Can no longer open PDF files - please help!

    Having some problems, starting with the home page going to "your searcher.com". I've lived with this for a while, but now computer freezes when opening pdf files - this is new, and I can't go on this way! After some difficulty, was finally able to download Hijack This, and here is the log:

    If I need to get back to Hijack This and start again (as I've seen on other threads), not sure how do this.

    PDF problem solved!

    OK, it seems silly, but I went ahead and downloaded Adobe again just for a lark, and Voila, I can read pdf files again! Apparently this nefarious virus (whatever it is) had removed Adobe from my computer!! I would still like help on the 'your-searcher.com' home page if anyone is available.
