Can i increase available space in my HDD?

    Hi to all ,

    thank you very much for reading my post.

    I have 250GB Seagate Barracuda HD , but available space i could get was only 232 GB.o_O
    Can somebody please suggest any way of increasing my available space?
    I have DD10 installed on my PC.
    Also i did read on one of the thread's that changing the cluster size will sort out this issue. Is it true?

    by the way it is 4KB on all my partitions:)
