Can ESET disable the access of usb thumbdrive when is connected to computer

    Hi Guys,

    May i ask if eset can disable the access to usb thumbdrive when its connected to a computer.

    Can you describe your exact problem along with your operating system and any other security software you may be using?

    thanks ron,

    i trying to check to eset admin console if theres an option that automatically scans or disable usb thumbdrives as part of security...

    Have a look in the Advanced setup tree > under Real-time file system protection > Advanced setup. There's an option to block removable media (+ add exceptions).

    thanks again ron.. i found it in NOd32 advance console.. but when can i find it in ESET admin console.. so we can disable all removal drives in all are computers with Nod32 installed.

    I think i had found it. its under ESET configuration set up>File-system-filter>Setup>Removal Media..
