Can AppDefend protect against ICE ?

I read on the PG forum that PG cannot protect against an anti-debug/anti-monitor system called ICE, and was wondering if AppDefend can protect against it ?

And another post wich i do not have time to find, but in wich Jason stated the appdefend does not handle window messaging because there is no easy way to do it from the kernel ... However as you know Kason research are alwais in devlopment

I may also add freware program like snoopfree make ice protection useless.
Not that it block it from closing the target program ... but deny it's rigth to read other windows
