Can anyone help with IE

    I am runing IE 6/XP Pro and I just found out that I can't make any changes to my internet options seting (home page).
    My home page has been hijacked by searchcentral.cc and I can't make any changes back (the area is NOT active - it's grey).
    Help is also not active in my IE.

    Any suggestions before I install the Spy prog?
