Calling All Experts for Analysis

    OK. Here's the mystery.

    In a folder named 'Scanner' I found in C/Program Files/COMMON FILES I found Pest Patrolo_O I don't use Pest Patrol so which program is using it?

    I have previously uninstalled Kaspersky 5 Pro and installed NOD 32 as well as trialled Spyware Doctor. I am currently using ZeroSpyware but I made a copy of the folder and then deleted the Pest Patrol references and both Zero Spyware & NOD 32 seem to work so does anyone know What program uses Pest Patrol other than Pest Patrol?

    iirc X-terminator and the yahoo toolbar/companion use PestPatrol.

    I think I had the Yahoo toolbar at one stage - that might be it. All I can do is delete the complete folder and wait and see if any other programs are affected.
