    Who even uses calls and texts in this era, when you can use messenger viber etc. and call for free, as long as you have some fast-speed mbs left

    Sure, people are an unlimited source of tax revenue. Let's just tax everything. It's free money for the government, right?

    Not everyone have lightning fast internet.

    One third world ( :D ) country with free market and their rural "Internet" comes to mind ...

    That's good. I know people that would likely have been bankrupted by their idea of making it retro for 5 years.
