    hi

first create a new folder on you my documents directory and move hijackthis there. it will be littered with hjt backups if you don't.
once you've done that run hjt again, close all other windows, tick the boxes next to these lines and click FIX:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = http://www.ewebsearch.net/sp.htm

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.yodasnews.com/

    still something:

    fix these

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = localhost

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1C4DA27D-4D52-4465-A089-98E01BB725CA} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetdctr.dll

reboot into safe mode and delete the file C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetdctr.dll

post a new (hopefully clean ) log

edit. on a second look this caught my eye: C:\WINDOWS\system32\slserv.exe

    scan that file with http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus.html
post back any results, it can be a legitimate file too

what did kav online scanner say about slserv.exe?

one strange thing in that log:
O1 - Hosts: this file contains the mappings of ip addresses to host names. each

can you check your hosts file, its located at windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

do you see anything strange there, like av sites, security sites, legitimate search engines etc?

when checking the hosts file be sure to scroll down to the bottom, sometimes malware modifies the hosts file leaving 1000 lines empty and putting it's stuff at the bottom... to fool users checking it

    otherwise a clean log
