Buzz word: "cloud anti-virus" – what is it all about?

    The article is pure advertisement. Nothing more.

    To be honest, there are some non-cloud antivirus which database is very small and impact on machines is too low. Information security (keeping the information safe) is much more than just antivirus programs, cloud technology, signatures, etc. Some of todays attacks are the popular ones, other are targeted attacks - from both of them (and especially the second) you need much more than just antivirus.

    Those who say things like cloud is just a buzzword have no clue about cloud systems. Yes, they are in the nutshell clients+servers but whatever you want to call it, cloud systems do work and they work pretty well.
