bullguard technical problems

    I have had an ongoing problem with an app not working with bullguard 2013 antivirus.

    I have contacted them numerous times and have not received much help.

    Before I started this process, I had 239 days left on my 3pc license. Now after the last technical round of emails, both PCs where I had this antivirus installed now state they have expired.

    To add to the loveliness, I am now getting that popup from bullguard where it says, "You can renew at 70% off, just click here!".

    Terrible support, just terrible.

    What I recommend you to check is the system date and year of your computer. See if it's still correct.

    If you ask in support chat during working hours you should get someone who can resolve the problem quite quickly. I had a similar issue once and they were very good to sort it.

    They also can check in youre computer and solve the problems they have a great support there
