Build updates.

    I have Acronis TI Home Version 9. Build 3633.
    I am trying without success to downlaod the most recent build ,which I understand is 3854.
    I am told that there are no updates for my product and when I look into "registered products" nothing is shown. I have tried to reregister but am told that my serial no has already been registered.
    I have tried submitting a query to Acronis support but when I enter my serial no it is not accepted. Can anyone here help please. I purchased the update to TI 9 on the Internet. I have my order no and serial no. Thanks. J

    Perhaps some one can point me in the right direction to be able to get help from Acronis support. Thanks.

    Look for a post from "Acronis Support" in the forum and click on the user name to send them a PM.
