bug - reboot on Windows 2000

Hi,

I've just installed latest beta version (ESET Smart Security) on Windows 2000, clean install and Office 2000.
Nothing else.

During installation the computer reboot and now I cannot enter anymore.
Normal mode, boot arrives up to the blue screen with Windows logo but then reboot.
Safe mode ok.

Add Remove Program - no trace of Eset to remove
Sate Mode - cannot uninstall, it say Windows Installer cannot go on Safe Mode
Stopped Eset services.
Deleted ..\Program Files\Eset
Deleted ..\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Eset
No trace of HKCU\Software\Eset
No trace of HKLM\Software\Eset

Still cannot go on Normal Mode, every time reboot at start

Is there a way to clean remove the ESET Smart Security beta from Safe Mode (some utility program from Eset or some command line) ?
Or a list of files / lines to remove all around by hand ?

I could reinstall but I would like to avoid it.

After a BSOD, is there memory.dmp created in c:\windows? If so, we'd need you to set the OS to create full memory dumps (I can provide you with the instructions if you don't know how), reproduce the problem and eventually upload the compressed dump to an fpt (if you don't have one, let me know). We will analyse it and try to fix it if ESS is actually the culprit.

if you confirm I'll do it
but, NO BSOD, just arriving to the blue screen where windows logo come in (and message that it's loading the user info) and reboot.
No BSOD

I boot on Safe Mode and manually deleted three ESET legacy services from Register

No way, still reboot at the Windows logon

Is there a way to download an exe beta
that won't use the damn Win Installer,
so I can try the install/uninstall in safe mode too ?
