    hello,
    does anyone know how good the firewall in the bthomehub modem/router is?
    i have the older 1.0 bthomehub not the later 1.5 version

    I never bother asking BT to send me mine [have entitlement] so have no info on it firewall, but you could try here about firmware updates and other info BT.COM | Support & Advice.

    PS: Just read one good thing it new fireware does and which all Modemr & Router should do is Change default Hub Manager access password from 'admin' to your unique Hub serial number
