BT ordered to block links to Newzbin 2 website

    For me, Usenet is like the Internet. Blocking Usenet is equivalent to blocking the Internet. I used to use Usenet for discussion about politics when I was a youngster. It was about freedom of speech. Of course, people abused it and started uploading CP and warez, but that was never the idea with Usenet to begin with. This is yet another move to run at the big companies' sides. Bad BT, bad!

    I agree. Want to know something worse? ... BT is my ISP! :eek:

    Sigh, now ISPs are doing things like this.

    It would appear that the ISP was forced to in a court ruling.
