    Hi all

I am updating to version 3
But having a major prblem when I install version 3 I get bsod in windows xp

If I remove it the system runs fine I have been using version 2.7 but would like to move to the new version here on our network

do you have install SP2 OR 3 for winxp
    download letest EAV v3.0.672
first uninstall v2.7 and then install v3
and make sure you have uninstall any other antivirus(norton, kaspersky, avast or els)
check for letest drivers of your Lan card and modem

The best would be if you could send either a kernel or complete memory dump generated during BSOD to ESET's customer care for perusal.
