    SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

    If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

    Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

    If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

    Technical Information:

    *** STOP: 0x0000006F

    Beginning dump of physical memory
    Physical memory dump complete.

    Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further
    assistance.

    Dannyphantom,

    Does your Vista still bootable?

    Did you perform clean installation of WinXP?

    Check how you Hard Disks and partitions are visible in Windows Disk managemen.
    Are there Dynamic disks?

    Please post here screenshot of Vistas' Windows Disk management tool:
    * right-click on 'My computer' and choose 'Manage';
    * select 'Disk Management' in 'Storage';
    * maximize the window and create screenshot.

    i think you need to fixmbr + chkdsk and reinstall xp. But I'm not sure how will it work in dual boot you have. Maybe boot in XP partition and ran commands from recovery console

    What exact resize operation did you perform?
    Downsize WinXP partition?
    Upsize WinXP partition?

    Please post Windows Disk Management screenshot.

    Please try this solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/153742
    You can transfer clean Smss.exe to %SystemRoot%\System32 via File Transfer Wizard in Paragon product.
