    David cameron needs to be concentrating more on homeland issues rather than paranoid nonsense like this.

    There are far more important issues which need addressing.

    The discreet (for a press release) reference to strike capability, spun as an exciting opportunity is new though.

    The "exciting opportunity" is for kids to hack in the national interest. I wonder if they'll be recruiting former LulzSec members ;)

    The "recruit hundreds of computer experts as cyber reservists" bit hasn't turned out so well for the NSA :D
