    Please notice that TrendMicro does not target ClamWin itself, only a commercial re-distribution of it. It's not as 'blown up' as it my seem.

    Check the test numbers on Trend Micro AV, and most around here will pass on it for that reason alone.

    well, if you use these test results as your basis, i believe TM scored 99%, or there-abouts.

    Here's how Trend Micro describes its patent in the ITC complaint:
    ROFLOL ..to claim such an obvious thing as blocking viruses at the gateway.

    Here's the essential Trend Micro allegation:
    High crime indeed, blocking viruses at the gateway.

    I say boycott the lawyers first.
