    Already have @Brian K Just got a Windows Security update & there is nothing under optional updates in Advanced Options in Windows Update settings. Point is, if we are on the same build, we should have the same features. I have restarted my PC several times since the last update too. I check for updates routinely every morning when I log in.

    Yeah hopefully @plat As problems in life go right now, this doesn't even rate, lol. Just don't understand the inconsistency when running same build, & it's a feature I do actually value.

    EDIT - just checked the only other Win 11 machine here, also on the same build i.e. fully up to date. No such option on that one either. I wonder if MS are only enabling this in selected countries right now. I'm in NZ. Wouldn't be the first time. For years the search bar brought up web previews in search results if my country was set to US, but not if set to NZ.

    Yes, very simple. I recommend downloading their registry file. I checked it, nothing suspicious in it. Extract it, double-click to merge, and done. Feel free to double check the contents in a text editor but it is unlikely to change between now and you getting it.

    Merged the registry key and after a system restart it works like it says on the box. :thumb:

    Awesome!

    Had a bunch of updates on both Windows 10 and 11. Windows 11's were all security-related, though. Nothing to clean up unlike Windows 10 which gave me the full repertoire of stuff. .

    The new antimalware platform version for 11 is:

    I got a black screen after installing the Update Preview. Logged out and logged in again and the desktop came up.

    Then I installed the June Update and the desktop came up shortly after I logged in.

    Installed .NET and CU without problem on my old 22H2 W10 laptop with SSD, though the CU took about 18 min. instead of the usual 12. Could anyone here kindly explain why the issue described in KB5028407 requires a manual registry fix to enable. I haven't found any further info on that at GHacks or BornCity.

    No issues so far with the updates. Windows 11 here.

    Question: Are we now supposed to have this Moment 3 update?

    Is anyone seeing any issues with SQL Server after this month's updates? Not sure if it is related but we have had 2 customers call today with a SQL Server service that won't start. 1 is random. 2 in the same day seems not so random. Had to change the account it uses to log in. At least one of these was Windows 10. I've instructed our support team to start gathering info if any more calls for this come in.

    I've had similar problem on Wednesday with one customer, but in my case system restart solved the problem. I didn't check if windows update was performed before it happened.

    My tech support guy tried that before he brought me into it. Didn't help. I guess we'll see how today goes.

    KB5027303 (OS Build 22621.1928 ) Preview installed.
    Noticed 3 reboot (0 -> 7% -> reboot -> 30% -> reboot -> 100% -> reboot), instead of the normal 2 ones (0 -> 30% -> reboot ->100% -> reboot).
    ^^^ Windows 11 Moment 3 update.

    In my case in the final reboot, on the screen appeared "Pulizia" (= "clean up", in Italian) which I never saw before
