    Hello,

    Boring part:
I am happy customer of TrueImage and DiskDirector...
I never got the chance to test till today... it was scary and funny...

Over the weekend I did clean install of my system (Win XP32 SP2, all updated, Asus nforce4, A64 3200+, 1Gb RAM, 2x120Gb HDD...). An hour ago I created image with True Image... good.

I decided to remove my antiVirus to test another beta product, so I went to CP and clicked Add/Remove... Restart...

    Scary part:
Acronis Loader: Unable to run boot menu
No Commands for booting operating system

and I was caught in indefinite loop pressing ENTER key...

    Happy part:
Well, luckily I made recovery CD when installed True Image... Put in my drive, booted from it and 3 minutes later... TADA... I am back into windows. Everything exactly the same as before... (Did I restore image at all? :p )... OK I had to customize my inactive icons in taskbar again...

Well I am happy I spent my money... I am going to deinstall my antiVirus again and hopefully all will be OK now, if not I will let you know...

I wonder, should I inform Acronis directly about this issue or here is perfect?

    Best regards,
    vee
